• Comment: Dayspring Restoration transformed a disaster into picture perfect result. The water pipe from the water-main to the furnace room (35') had to be replaced; the water damage was significant, drywall damage. Within an hour of my initial phone call, Dayspring had their lead investigator on scene. Patrick placed fans and a de-humidifier and did a complete estimate of the damage to start the process. Two days later a tech showed-up and continued the damage evaluation. In the mean time, Matthew Engle worked one-on-one with my insurance adjuster and came up with a satisfactory pay-out, I did not have to do a thing. To finish it all off, the repairs had to start. Ryan Epperson was the professional that completed the drywall, repairs and painting; in 31 years of working with contractors, I have never seen better work. I can't thank you all enough for a job well done.
