We delivered an intensive, highly regulated biohazard and water damage restoration service, including- Emergency Extraction & Demolition: Immediately removed highly porous, contaminated materials that could not be salvaged, including the affected carpets, underlay (pad), and water-logged furniture. Microbial Treatment: Sprayed all affected structural surfaces with Myco antimicrobial treatments to sanitise the area and eliminate harmful pathogens, bacteria, and odours. Precision Moisture Monitoring: Utilised advanced slide-hammer moisture meters to track deep-seated moisture levels within the subfloor and wall framing to ensure compliance with dry-standard targets. Advanced Structural Drying: Deployed an Air Filtration Device (AFD / air scrubber) to clean the air of airborne contaminants, alongside two commercial-grade dehumidifiers and low-profile air movers to aggressively dry out the concrete subfloor and structural timber.

Our team meticulously wiped up the concrete around the drain hole (2 sq ft), applied a cup of lye to sanitize the affected dirt, and installed one dehumidifier for effective drying. Once the area was completely dry, all equipment was removed. An estimate was prepared and submitted for review, and all necessary documents, including Antimicrobial Customer Information and a Certificate of Completion, were generated and signed.

Targeted Environmental Stabilization: Set up a high-capacity Low Grain Refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifier directly adjacent to the utility closet to rapidly lower ambient humidity and accelerate structural evaporation.

We inspected the affected areas to understand the extent of the issue, then carried out water removal and stabilization efforts. Our team controlled moisture levels, protected surrounding materials, and confirmed the space was dry and secure before closing out the job.
