Dayspring came to our rescue when we had a disaster happen. Our air conditioner blew up at The Carpet Garage black air was billowing into our showroom. They were there with in minutes to help mitigate the problem. They made suggestions on what to do and for how long. Our showroom could have been shut down for days or even weeks if they didn't act as fast as they did. 5 Stars for sure!!!!!

The previous tenants left the house in terrible shape, and we were hoping to sell the home but the odors from past tenants animals and a septic backup made things look bleak. Dayspring came in and took care of everything. We were out of state and never had one problem coordinating the work with them, and it was obvious from the beginning that they worked with such integrity and skill. Honestly, it was so obvious they really cared! I would use them for everything I possibly could, I can't thank them enough.

They gave me an estimate, which was right on with the finished job. They had specialist crews for each part of my job. Removed mold tore rotten boards, window, and insulation. Finished job like new. I would rehire these guys in a heartbeat.

Positive: Professionalism We called Dayspring Restoration due to water leaked into our basement due to a frozen hose bib. They showed up within about an hour to analize the situation and start mediating the damage right away. Over the course of our restoration work, drywall and insulation had to be removed, reinstalled and repainted. The contents of the entire basement had to be removed so the work could be done. We had a contined flow of workers in and out of our home and each and every one was extremely nice, polite and knew what they were doing. Two spent more time on site than others. I can't say enough about Matt and Troy. They were determined to do a good job for us and did. This doesn't mean others were less excellent; it is just these two spent more time here and I got to know them better. I am comfortable recommending Daysprings if you are in need of restoration work. Thanks again Matt and Troy.

From demolition to final painting and caulking, the team was incredibly professional, prompt, and easy to work with. The job lead, Russ Lamont, was absolutely wonderful. He checked in with me each morning and evening and demonstrated incredible attention to detail throughout the process. I won’t call anyone else for my restoration needs and will be recommending Dayspring to all of my friends! They took an incredibly stressful situation and made it better from day one.

A slow plumbing leak dripped water into the basement ceiling below for a couple months before the sodden drywall fell out. I called another restoration company first. The estimator was here for 10 minutes, took a quick look at the damage and presented me with a contract to sign. He did not explain anything about the what they wanted to do or why. I called Dayspring and got a totally opposite response. Two people responded and took 25 minutes to look at all aspects of the damage and explain what they could do. They explained why the repair would be a multistage process (plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, etc) This meant that several workers would be involved over several days. The next day I received the estimate for repair along with all the details of the charge. They started the repair on time and kept me informed every step of the way. Dave Hiniker coordinated the stages of the job and he actually did much of the work himself. He was polite, cordial,and informative. The job was finished on time and the results are excellent. When the job was done, the bill was exactly what was quoted.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness When our finished basement flooded I was utterly distraught! Inconsolable! A nervous wreck! Thank god I was referred to Dayspring. Andrew handled the clean up and move out/store and was so calm and reassuring. I also had the pleasure of working with John who went above and beyond to not only get the repairs done efficiently and professionally, but who also handled some strange requests on our end, including replacing wood paneling from the 70s and replicating a carpet from the same era. The team was so easy to communicate with and so kind. I can't wait til our basement floods again! ;)

Dayspring managed our water damage mitigation and repair from beginning to end. The team was very responsive, courteous and accommodating. Tyler and George did a great job installed new flooring throughout our basement.

Positive: Professionalism Logan and crew did a great job drying out our flooded basement after our sump pump failed. He was professional and explained everything he was doing. When the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage he was blown away, saying that he had "never seen so little damage" after a flood; Logan saved our basement! We recommend Dayspring for all your mitigation and restoration needs!

Dayspring Restoration came out and helped with our sewer backup in our home. They were timely and respectful through the entire process. I can’t thank Harold enough for talking with me through every step of the process. He took the time to address my questions and was was very polite. We will definitely use Dayspring again!

It was a horrendous mess and we didn't know where to start. We were referred to Dayspring Restoration and they came to our home within a day to inspect the damage. They put together a quote for all the repairs and recommended that we contact our insurance company. They started the ball rolling and proceeded cleaning, removing mold, pulling up the damaged carpet, arranged a referral to a flooring company, brought in a plumber. They replaced a whole wall in our laundry room and painted it. It all looks better than it did before. Josh was our initial contact and he got us hooked up with John Lewis, our contractor. We had several guys working off and on including Paul and Tim. Unfortunately I can't remember all their names. All of the guys were professional, kind and courteous. John responded to my calls or texts within minutes. He worked with my schedule and answered any of my questions no matter how busy he was. I'm so thankful for all their help and expertise and will surely recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I called my insurance company and found that I was not covered for this loss. They suggested Dayspring Restoration as a company to call about flood. I called them and the estimator was at my house surveying the damage in a few moments. He got two trucks to remove the water from my basement. They worked well past 5pm to complete the job. Thank you Jack and Hailey for using care in moving my boxes to get up all the water from the floor. Joey was also there and answered all my questions about how to proceed. Joey helped me clarify a plan to rebuild the damage. He was a great help. I hope I never have another loss but if I do, Dayspring will be the first company I call. They came late on an extremely busy day where water pipes had broken all over town. They told us everything they would do to fix our water damage. Joey and Adam from the Great Falls, MT group were fantastic!
