He paid attention to our needs and listened. Zack went above and beyond a couple time to help me personally on problem I couldn’t figure out. Russ needs a big raise for what he did and worked so hard for days... you guys are the best and are on Ron and My speed dial. Thank you sooo much!!!!!

Critical: Value Worst service I have ever had. Called them about water in my basement, said they had a guy coming to cut bank for another job, still charged me for time and mileage. I explained to them that this was covered by insurance, insurance company sent check directly to them, they sent it to me to endorse, I did so and sent it back, paid them what I owed. I did not have my wife endorse the check, they put a lein on my house for the balance of the insurance check that they had in their possession, I called and told them to send the check back, my wife would endorse and send back, michelle would not do it, untill I hot a lawyer to call and talk to her, she sent it back, my wife endorsed it and we sent it back same day! It took three weeks to get the lein off of my house! All they did was put in fans, no water removal, came back once, my house, to take the fans back. Never checked for mold never did any restoration, worst customer service I ever had. I would not recommend these guys to my ex mother in law!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness The professional staff at Dayspring Restoration in Helena did an exemplary job with repairs after water damage from a leaky appliance ruined flooring and sheetrock in my home. I called and literally 45 minutes later there was a small crew assessing the damage. They were friendly and very detailed in describing their process, the costs and what I could expect, so that there were no surprises. They took care of everything, including working directly with my insurance agent and a couple of unexpected repairs. I was able to make a few adjustments and they handled my requests without hesitation. Thank you to all for your professionalism and quality work! Specifically - Mark, Nolan, Tyler, Lonnie, Brandon and the furniture moving crew, who's names I cannot remember. You guys are the best!

Great to work with. They packed up our kitchen and tore it out after the we found a dishwasher leak. Joey and Zach did a great job, and Jonathan who was here the last day as well.

When our basement got flooded, the Dayspring crew came immediately and started drying it out. They came every day to monitor the moisture and keep the process on track. They worked directly with my homeowner's insurance representative so I did not have to pay that bill. Then Claudius, the construction lead, repaired and resurfaced the drywall to perfection. He worked on it every day for five days and now it is ready for paint. I am so relieved to have had this professional service. It looks great.

The team at Dayspring was delightfully attentive and kind. Isaac, in particular, showed fantastic communication skills. We were grateful for his help.

We had a shower drain back up and Dayspring Restoration was able to get a crew to our home that same morning. All of the employees did an excellent job, but Claudius in particular did a perfect repair of the wall. This included replacement of drywall, taping and then texture. The repair is so good we can't see where the "old" wall ends and the "new" wall begin. Thanks Claudius! Kris Bakula

We dealt with 6-7 different people from Dayspring Missoula on our water damage cleanup and remodel. Everyone was professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I definitely recommend using them.

Dayspring has does nothing but go above and beyond for myself and my family to have our home back to normal, between our demo crew, Joey, Hailey, Zach and Tristan, the rebuild crew, Paul, Tim and Glenn and John in charge of it all. Not only did they find things that were done wrong and fixed it but they went so far beyond that I was able to change things to add shelves or paint black myself. And on top of it all I told them it had to be done before Christmas because I had my mother in law visiting, not only is the house done but it’s done EARLY!! John runs probably the best crew in this town hands down!!

I want to say that Marcy, Mandy, Hailey, and Jack were the most professional and customer oriented staff that I have met. They all treated my personal items with care. Their calm understanding during this most stressful time was how I based the 5 star review. Their professionalism got me through. Thank you.

Very professional and clearly prioritize client communication. Unfortunately, I’ve had to rely on them for a couple of water mitigation and restoration projects but they made the process much easier than it would have been.
