We called Dayspring late on a friday for an incredibly challenging project. They showed up first thing Saturday morning. The gentleman was very kind and respectful and a hard worker. I would never wish a disaster on anyone....but having had two in the past two months, (I think I am disaster proof now!), I have put Day-spring Restoration on my speed dial. Timely, professional and courteous, not only do they repair the damage, but they do the worrying for you. In a professional office space, we did not loose one patient day due to a major leak in our water main. On a scale of 1- 10, they are clearly a 12. Call them first and you will be on your way to normalcy in short order. The water was cleaned up within 24 hours and the building was fully restored to complete working order within three weeks....simply amazing. PT

We woke up in the middle of the night with our carpeted basement flooded with over 2" of water (a faulty thermostat in our water heater caused the pressure release valve to open). We called Dayspring Restoration. They were here within two hours--even though they are an hour from us--and took complete control of the job. Their equipment was adequate and impressive, their staff professional and polite, and they committed whatever was needed to get the job done as quickly as possible, including leaving their large drying fans for several days to thoroughly dry the carpet, drywall, and framing. We highly recommend Dayspring Restoration.

Our experience was not the worst but far from best. We had water damage at our home a few weeks ago which is why we called dayspring thru a recommendation. The initial response was good, the guys showed up promptly and extracted the water and explained everything well, which is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. Then when it came to the repair end of things I couldn't be more disappointed, because the lead on the repair end of things (an older gentlemen) showed up consistently not in a uniform very casual and smelled like hard alcohol to start off. Then when it came to the work, he was on his phone every half hour or so, do I get charged those phone hours it seems so. The work he did was so so which I expected considering the condition of his van which also smelled like a bar, it was very muddy on the outside like it hadn't been washed in months. The inside was even worse, I glanced in the back and it was a disaster, tools everywhere some days there was wet moldy drywall in the back with everything while having the doors open most of the time. Which I'm no mold expert but it seems that it should have been in a bag or not even brought to another job because couldn't that infect my home? Aside from all that he seemed like a really nice guy but when I went to the other room I could hear him talking poorly about the condition of my house and pets. That was really upsetting and just kinda two faced. That's my experience with dayspring, I think it's a good company with good people working there just a bad egg or two and some issues that need to be addressed.

We had Dayspring restoration help us recover from a house fire fall of 2015. They were amazing! They took all the guesswork out of everything and helped ease the shock of what had just happened to our home. We worked with Meghan & Lisa Dickson who were both wonderful! Meghan did a wonderful job of keeping us updated and doing all the 'work' for us. Our belongings were treated with respect and care as if they were their own. It was a huge blessing to have the ones that held value to us beyond monetary value returned to us with the best attempt to revive them - it's inevitable that some items were damaged beyond full repair, but we were thankful to have them back in our hands versus the garbage! We couldn't be more appreciative of this company and Meghan for making this experience a happy one during such a difficult time in our life.

I have a hardwood floor refinishing business and have had a working relationship with Dayspring for years. I have always been impressed by their professional conduct whether it be communicating well with a homeowner or making sure we as subs have everything prepped and ready for action. Working with Trevor Ware and others at dayspring has given me a great example on how I should conduct my own business.

We built our home last year, but this winter we discovered a leak in an outside wall. At first we thought it was a broken pipe, but it turned out the Plumbing contractor that had installed all the plumbing while being built, forgot to cap a clean-out valve for the washing machine drain. Every time I washed clothes for 6 months, water (and dirty soap) splashed out onto the sheetrock, and dribbled down to the lower floor wall as well. Ick! DaySpring was great - fast, and they really tussled with the Plumbing Contractor to get their insurance to pay rather than ours. DS replaced drywall, mud & paint, cork flooring, trim, and we are waiting on our replacement custom cabinets that were damaged. I expect they will install those just as quickly once they are here.
