Dayspring Restoration of Helena arrived within hours after I called to ask for help after a hot water tank burst and flooded 2 floors of our home. They went to work right away doing what had to be done, removing baseboards, drywall, insulation, and even a ceiling that were all soaked. 23 blower fans and 4 large dehumidifiers were set up and dried out our place quickly and efficiently. Those guys worked hard to get the job done right.

I've used Dayspring on multiple rental properties I own in multiple cities in Montana because I used to live in MIssoula and they have such an excellent reputation in that community. They are very consistent in the experience I've had. They always leave the property as good as new...sometimes that means even better than before. They are promp, professional and don't cut corners. Finally, they make the claims process easy and seem to work well with the insurance company. I've met builders and handymen locally who've gotten into disaster restoration "because the money is so good" and frankly they scare me. I can imagine about 1000 things that could go wrong with someone who doesn't really know what they're doing. My feeling is Dayspring is the restoration expert...they seem to pride themselves on mastering the science of it to ensure the problem is fixed for good. For me it's a no brainier who I'll call should I ever have another problem.

I have had the absolute BEST experience with this company! They were amazing and worked with my insurance company to get things paid. We had a homeowners claim and my ins company is HORRIBLE and was a lot of stress on me and daysprings was there to calm me down and get the ball rolling on payment and I would highly recommend them to anyone but ESP home insurance claims as they are extremely knowlagable in that area!!!

6 months ago we had a fire in what is going to be our retirement home. Ken and Martin met us and helped guide us through the entire process. I know it was not easy for the Dayspring Restoration team, because of the location and size of job, but we do truly appreciate all the hard work and good advise that went into making it a comfortable special home again.

We bought an old upholstered sectional couch and found out the cushions and back of the couch had lipstick stains and gum smashed into it. Austin cleaned it out and took the extra time to remove more gum then we found in our inspection! Now it looks and smells fantastic!

Google has refused to let me enter a second review which included the rebuild of our home. Thank you! My wife and I are Helena residents. Last summer in mid-July, we experienced a flood of water, and subsequent mold, in our home after more than 220,000 gallons of water poured through it. My wife and I had been up in the Flathead for nearly a month. It is quite possible that the supply tube that failed happened shortly after we had left our home. A neighbor who was mowing our lawn discovered water coming through the siding of the house. She contacted our daughter and son-in-law who quickly came and discovered the internal disaster. A contractor friend of mine was contacted and he came to review the disaster, and immediately contacted Dayspring Restoration of Helena that evening about 9 o'clock. Within a half hour, a Dayspring representative was there to begin what became a six month relationship with this fine organization. Several Dayspring disaster team men worked closely with us as we dealt with this loss of all our wood flooring and carpeted areas, furniture, family treasures, hundreds of books, clothing and virtually everything inside the home for the exception of the kitchen area. Throughout the entire time of working with the disaster team, we so appreciated their "can do spirit." Nothing was beyond their complete cooperation! Following the initial shock of the disaster, the next question was: "Who do we contact to begin the rebuilding/restoration of our home?" Rick Weston, Project Manager of Dayspring Restoration of Helena had been to view the disaster a couple of times. We learned that Dayspring not only dealt with the clean-up of disasters, but they also could rebuild and restore our house to "like new condition." Because of how pleased I was with the fine service we had with the Company, I signed on with Dayspring Restoration of Helena for the rebuild process. Working with Project Manager Rick Weston and with Duane Cordiner, Restoration Superintendent, the several month restoration of our home was a very pleasant experience, I met with Restoration Superintendent Cordiner every two weeks in his office from late September until early January making certain that the restoration was on track for a a move-in in early January, 2017. Cordiner's work and attention to and with the City of Helena, environmental engineers, structural engineers, numerous sub-contractors, Northwestern Energy and more was excellent from my standpoint. Given a repeat of the disaster that hit our home in June/July of 2016, I'd once again call upon Dayspring Restoration of Helena. The team of Weston, Cordiner, and their entire staff served us exceedingly well and we are delighted to be settled in our restored home. They truly earned a 5 STAR rating from Herbert and LaDean Walberg.

Great, honest business that operates exactly as a good local business should. I called Dayspring after some minor mold came up on home inspection. They responded promptly and had Andrew out to evaluate within the hour. He thoroughly inspected the crawl space and confirmed the issue that had come up on inspection, and provided the necessary guidance to complete the cleanup myself. This could have gone a completely different way, he could have recommended a technician come out and charge me $500 for 10 minutes of work. He could have, but he didn't, opting instead to provide guidance and email recommendation for my home buyer, and in the end only asked that I call him for future work should i need it, which I wouldn't hesitate to do.
