• Comment: If you need someone to be a A+ person. Get Matt Engle, short version dude is on top of it. Matt personally did so many things for us that wasnt his job. I owe a ton of graditude and appreciation to Matt. For a day in time where customer service is dying Matt still makes it his top priority. The 4 star is simply because some of the communication and execution from other employees lacked. At the end of the day Matt was a superb professional and got things done! Our basement is back to pre disaster condition. He oversaw the project like he was your own brother helping you. Whereas some folks werent as understanding as Matt he made it right every step of the way. I highly recommend him!
