- Comment: cody and akir were kind and considerate. I appreciated that they explained everything they did to clean up a broken pipe mess. Moving heavy furniture, tearing out soaked walls, carpets, and ceilings. They documented each task with photos and words. Their completed tasks left a dry empty room, ready for the next step in rehabilitation of the downstairs
