Dayspring Restoration completed extensive work to restore the property. In the kitchen, services included drywall installation and painting, reinstalling the removed tile floor, and re-installation of cabinets and trim. For the master bedroom, the team installed removed carpet padding and tack strips, reinstalled one side of the carpet, and reinstalled baseboards. In the crawlspace, new flexible insulated ductwork was installed from the cold air return to the main line. The re-installation of stone countertops is pending completion by a third-party after the customers return.
