The customer experienced significant water damage in their entire basement, with approximately 3 inches of standing water throughout the area.
Solutions provided:
Dayspring Restoration responded promptly, initiating water extraction using a sump pump and then a truck-mounted system to remove the bulk of the water. Our technicians performed content manipulation, blocking large furniture to prevent further damage. Drying equipment, including dehumidifiers and air movers, was strategically set up. Throughout the process, the site was regularly monitored to track drying progress, and affected carpet was removed from the bedroom and family room. Once the materials reached appropriate dryness levels, most of the equipment was pulled, and the job concluded with the issuance of a Certificate of Completion and a Final Mitigation report.
