Job completed for Mark Waiss

Completion date: September 25, 2026

Location: Missoula, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us to manage ongoing mitigation and structural drying following water damage that affected the bathroom, utility room, and hallway.

Solutions provided:

Our team coordinated with a plumber to cap vanity supply lines and remove the vanity, identified and addressed microbial growth on the drywall, and performed targeted demolition by removing affected drywall and sheet vinyl flooring across the bathroom, utility room, and hallway. We HEPA vacuumed exposed structural framing, treated surfaces with antimicrobial wipes, and conducted psychrometric and hammer-probe moisture measurements. Finally, we deployed strategic air movers to target remaining elevated sill plate moisture, hauled away half a truckload of debris, and updated the homeowner on the drying schedule.

Our Customer Reviews

“Following a devastating fire, Dayspring’s ability to pull resources from all over the state within hours was incredible. They had over 50 workers onsite within 2-3 hours! We would never have been able to have our students back in school within 2 days were it not for the quick response and the quality of work provided by them. Their quality of work was excellent!”
