Job completed for Aaron M

Completion date: September 30, 2026

Location: Philipsburg, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced extensive water damage affecting approximately 90% of their home's flooring, including heavily affected and uneven particle board subfloor. Swollen door jambs, condensation on windows, and suspected microbial growth in carpeted bedroom areas were also noted.

Solutions provided:

The restoration team performed initial mitigation including moisture mapping, documentation, removal of laminate flooring, affected carpet, and trim. The team continuously monitored the property, equipment, and humidity levels, ensuring the home remained heated during cold weather. Plans include a full contents pack-out, removal of all damaged particle board subflooring, and extensive flood cuts (4-foot in carpeted areas, 2-foot in others). Wet and affected tile, shower, and tub in both bathrooms require removal. A repairs project manager has also visited to develop the repair scope.
