Job completed for Alex B

Completion date: September 17, 2026

Location: Missoula, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced significant fire damage in their living room and roof, requiring extensive mitigation and demolition. This included charred materials, blown-in insulation, damaged roof sheathing, and fire-affected spray foam, with debris spread across the living spaces.

Solutions provided:

The restoration team performed fire damage mitigation and demolition in the living room, opening ceiling bays to remove charred materials and blown-in insulation. They inspected the roof sheathing, removed additional ceiling drywall to expose damaged sections, and scraped spray foam from roof trusses. An insulation removal machine was utilized for extraction, and general cleanup was completed, including hauling one truckload of fire-damaged debris. Heaters were installed to maintain safe temperatures for drying and property protection. The team used appropriate fire-mitigation PPE and kept the homeowner updated on the progress.
