The customer contacted us to address severe water damage in their kitchen that required professional mitigation, controlled demolition, and specialized asbestos abatement.

Our restoration team provided solutions by executing a comprehensive mitigation strategy that began with controlled demolition of all water-damaged kitchen materials and the secure sealing of waste in our dump trailer. To ensure safety during the process, we constructed tight containment areas using heavy-duty plastic sheeting sealed with blue painter's tape. Once contained, our technicians donned multi-layer protective suits, deployed HEPA air scrubbers with lay-flat ducting, and safely identified, removed, and bagged all asbestos-containing materials from the kitchen. Finally, we thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the subfloor, carefully dismantled the containment barriers, and properly bagged all remaining job supplies and debris to leave the home clean and prepped for reconstruction.
