The customer requested assistance following water damage that compromised the subfloors, laminate flooring, and surrounding structural materials in the kitchen, living room, and garage areas.

Our restoration team conducted a thorough moisture inspection and mapped the affected areas. We performed hammer-probe testing across subfloor sections to determine the boundary of moisture intrusion, then removed affected laminate flooring and subflooring. We applied antimicrobial treatments to the subfloor, cleared away debris, and installed temporary subflooring. In the garage, damaged drywall was removed to inspect internal structures and access impacted insulation, while specialized drying equipment—including dehumidifiers, air movers, and an air scrubber—was deployed and adjusted throughout the property.
