The customer required professional water damage restoration and demolition services due to water intrusion affecting multiple areas of the property, including the laundry room, pantry, storage room, and space under the stairs.

Our restoration team executed structural demolition and water damage mitigation across the affected areas. We performed flood cuts along the storage room and pantry walls, removed the water-damaged ceiling in the laundry room, and removed affected flooring in the pantry. Additionally, we dismantled a built-in pantry cabinet—salvaging its face and drawers while discarding the damaged i\times and cleared out affected contents from both the storage room and the area under the stairs.
