The customer contacted us due to a Category 3, Class 2 water damage incident in an old basement featuring a crumbling foundation, with suspected microbial growth present on the drywall directly behind the main electrical panels.

The proposed scope of work includes conducting asbestos sampling prior to material disturbance, establishing a containment barrier under negative air pressure, and safely removing 104 square feet of contaminated drywall behind the electrical panels (coordinating with electrical subcontractors if panel detachment is required). Additionally, the plan covers HEPA vacuuming and wiping down the contained area for post-remediation clearance, signing all required testing disclosures, and organizing specialized subcontractors for subsequent electrical and foundation repairs.
