Solutions provided:

A crew of two technicians responded to the property and performed 2.5 hours of emergency water extraction to clear standing water from the commercial flooring and maintenance spaces. The team routed extraction hoses through the facility and set up structural drying and water restoration equipment to mitigate further moisture damage. While dehumidification was recommended to prevent residual moisture retention in the maintenance room, the customer declined dehumidifier placement for that specific space.
