Storage rooms inside of a basement area experienced elevated moisture levels due to past water intrusion and inadequate ventilation, leading to water staining and microbial growth (mold) on affected materials and structures.

The technician completed a monitoring visit to evaluate the drying progress of the affected areas. Moisture readings confirmed that the flooring had reached the required drying standards, allowing the injector dryer to be removed. Additional moisture readings were taken along the basement ceiling to verify that no residual moisture remained or extended downward. A total of 180 square feet of floor protection was maintained during the restoration process. The equipment used during the drying process included one injector dryer with six pads and two air movers. After confirming that the affected materials were adequately dry and no remaining moisture was detected, the drying equipment was removed and the affected area was cleared for completion.
