A technician conducted a monitoring visit to assess drying progress, confirming that flooring met required drying standards. An injector dryer with six pads and two air movers were used to effectively dry the affected areas. Additional moisture readings were taken along the basement ceiling to ensure no residual moisture remained. Throughout the process, 180 square feet of floor protection was maintained. Upon verification that all materials were adequately dry and no moisture was detected, the drying equipment was removed, and the area was cleared for completion.
