Water damage and suspected microbial growth were identified in both of the utility rooms and the mechanical room, with the subfloor remaining wet in the mechanical room.

Solutions provided:

The restoration team performed demolition and removal of water-damaged materials, including the back wall in Utility Room 2, the ceiling in Utility Room 1, and gypcrete from the mechanical room. Conduit in Utility Room 1 was secured. Suspected microbial growth areas were treated with antimicrobial, followed by HEPA vacuuming and wiping of surfaces in the mechanical room. Future steps include MMR treatment once materials are dry.
