Completion date: August 31, 2026

Location: Missoula, MT

Why did the customer contact us?

Despite initial drying progress in some areas, the subfloor and BCI points closest to the original water loss (under the master bedroom, kitchen, and extending into the laundry room) remain highly saturated. Significant moisture still persists under the laundry room tile even after initial efforts.

Solutions provided:

The team conducted air readings and updated moisture points using a hammer probe. Crawlspace psychometrics were monitored, showing 77 degrees with 28% humidity. Desiccant ducting in the crawlspace was adjusted to concentrate drying efforts on the highly saturated materials in the affected areas. Additionally, grout lines were continuously removed from the tile in the laundry room to aid in drying the subfloor underneath.
