The customer contacted us after discovering standing water on their concrete basement floor, likely originating from a washing machine leak or plumbing failure in the utility area. The escaping water had begun to pool around the appliances and wick up into the adjacent drywall partitioning, creating an immediate risk of structural degradation and potential mould growth if left untreated.

We provided prompt water extraction and mitigation services to secure the laundry area. Our technicians safely relocated the laundry supplies and assessed the appliances to isolate the source of the leak. We then extracted the standing water from the concrete floor, cleared the floor debris, and prepared the saturated drywall for structural drying and necessary material removal to prevent secondary dampness and mould proliferation.
