The customer reached out after discovering significant signs of hidden water intrusion affecting multiple areas of their home. They identified active moisture and structural degradation around a window frame, leading to visible wood rot and potential microbial growth within the exposed wall cavity.

We provided a comprehensive water damage mitigation and structural tear-out service to halt the deterioration. To address the window leak, we performed a targeted removal of the surrounding drywall and insulation to expose the compromised wooden framing, allowing for direct structural drying and future wood rot repair. In the affected bedroom, we detached and removed the baseboards to facilitate proper airflow along the wall plate, managed the saturated carpeting, and prepared the wall cavities for commercial dehumidification to fully restore the property to a safe, dry condition.
