Carpet & Underlay (Pad) Mitigation: Carefully detached and peeled back the saturated carpeting across the affected rooms. This allowed us to inspect the underlying slab and determine the salvageability of the underlayment. Sub-Surface Environmental Control: Positioned commercial-grade drying equipment grid systems to address both the exposed concrete slab and the open floor-to-wall plates to ensure a certified dry-standard baseline.
