The
process of the fire restoration for this property
was rigorous. The first steps involved a complete
assessment of the damage by carefully removing the
layers of charred debris and impacted materials.
This was followed by a thorough removal of smoke
residue on the structural materials using
state-of-the-art restorative technologies. After the
smoke was removed and all the surfaces were cleaned
and sealed, the process of reconstruction began to
